Peyton or Brooke or a different name?

Which fits this character?

(16 years old) Girly-girl, dark brown hair, brown eyes, really fun to be around, really funny, smart and very popular. She is Canadian, but lives in New York. She wants to go to the Olympics, but faces difficulties on the way.

Suggestions? (Last names would be appreciated too)

Peytnn and Brooke. I know two girls who are best friends named that. I personally like the name Brooke more because it isn't unisex, whereas the name Payton is.

I would go with Brooke. The only reason is that I know a guy named Peyton, I'm sure it could be a girl name but it would just ruin it for me.
