Pfaff 1222

Question

I have this pfaff I got at an estate sale I fix the on off switch I bought a power cord. The machine turns on but the presser foot does not go up and down. You can't turn the wheel even though the belts are in perfect condition as well as the cam shaft. The manuel does not tell me much I think I do not know how to use this machine or something is seized up! I would like to get it up and running. Any ideas?
