This is regarding a Pfaff Creative 2170 machine purchased from Dubai dealer. The machine is now being used in Kerala, India. Recently, the machine was showing some technical problems and the error display coming on the screen was "Main Motor Block". We got it checked with a local technician who is familiar with PFAFF machine and found out that the carbon brush has worn out. He replaced it with a similar one, but still could not solve the problem. The machine stops and the error message is displayed after working for around 45 minutes. His view is that, the motor gets heated up because of not using the original spare. Is it correct or is there any other area to be checked to diagnose the fault
