Pfaff 7560 won't take Enter key

Question

I have always enjoyed my machine and embroidery unit but after not using it for a year; it does not work???it stated: change the batteries which I did but still get the same messageI asked an owner of a Pfaff dealership today and she said there was a glitch in this message and when that happened I had to press two buttons together BUT she couldn't remember the numbers. She said she would try to find her old notes on it. She was extremely nice but didn't solve the problem.Here's what happens: I insert disc7560 which I always use for letters; pick a memory spot etc. etc. but when I press in a letter and then enter; the enter button doesn't work and therefore when I go to save it into the memory spot; nothing shows up.I have used this machine for years and it ahs worked perfectly (the batteries had not leaked or anything like this.Hope you can help.ThanksM.
