Pfaff 7570 creative card

Question

When turning my Pfaff on with the creative card of designs, and after hoping to choose a design from the card, all I saw on the screen were scribbles. I lost all the designs on the card. I then tried to format the card and couldn't do that either. Is there something I can do myself to clear all the scribbles I see, when turning on my machine also? Thank you in advance. Eva T.
