Question:

Pfaff 7570 won't sew decorative stitches

All of the sudden my 7570 won't sew out all the decorative stitches properly. On some, the needle just goes up and down and on others it sews some crazy random patterns and then starts straight stitching again.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
