Pfaff Creative Customizing

Question

I had this set up on my computer but deleted it and cannot now get it to work again. Can you please give me step by step instructions on how to install it. A message always comes up saying "No dongle" but the dongle is in. I have forgotten how to fix the comports (maybe this is the problem?) and does the dongle go in first or last?Thanks.
