Pfaff creative half-speed and thread breaks

Question

My ''expensive'' Pfaff runs at only half-speed and the thread breaks constantly ( as in 15-20 times) for a 10,000 stitch design, the dealer replaced the embroidery foot and adjusted the tension. Now it is worse Help!
