Pfaff smart 300e Embroidery machine

Posted by Lydia105 on Dec 31, 2008Machine mode indicator shows "U00" and every light is on. The machine will not respond. I tried to do a de-frag when it locked up. What do I do? I have tried everything I know how to do. Please help! Lydia
