  1. Have you looked in jobs.ac.uk ? That site lists most of the academic jobs out there, especially catering to PhD graduates. Also, another good place would be to look at chemistry conference websites, to see if they have jobs posted.

    Such PhD level jobs dont get advertised on paper or regular job websites, only specialist publications carry such job listings. Also look towards the end of a New Scientist magazine. Lots of PhD level jobs get advertised there too.
