Question:

Phantom, glowing pawprints?

I know, I'm on a roll with the picture-posting tonight..but I'm curious. The first photo was taken in an old tavern rumored (and investigated by Ghostbusters) to have high paranormal activity; it was an asylum and temporary morgue in the past. I took this picture of an original fireplace in the basement, and this was the result:

Below is the same picture, magnified:

Additionally, this picture (below) was taken while leaving the tavern..you'll notice a miniscule, transluscent figure in the bottom right-hand corner (outlined)...

  1. IDK..but looks like the guy above me is TRYING to get reported...don't know why he would want that. He did it on another question tonight too.

  2. I saw no phantom, but it was nice of it to hold still for you.

The "glowing" pawprint looked like a cat that had stepped in ashes was leaning on the wall, probably looking up at the birds in the chimney.

No matter how much manipulation you have done I see no figure.

  3. Some information on fireplaces.Animals often climb down them.At one time or another I've had birds, squirrels and a raccoon come down into the house. It's not unreasonable to assume they'd at least try to climb back up.You should check the chimney for a cap.All natural explanations should be eliminated before the paranormal.

  4. ooh wee I have some pictures of ghost I took that I want to show you please tell me how I can post here so I can put it up to get other people opinions please what is photobucket? is that how you put it up how do you use it? I've been trying to figure out how to put it in answers for a while now

  5. I see what you're talking about...but I'm not an expert on these things (well..nothing that I can think of except making mistakes!) Anyway..I DO  see them. I don't know if the fireplace ones are anything more than one of those images you see in clouds etc etc. Will it come off? Is it just soot?

In the other ones you sent."Sweetie" and I had a "discussion" about a dog that she called a demon..the one with the bride & groom photo. I think it's a smiling dog with those "camera" red eyes..you know how they come out red or shiney. She thinks it 's a demon. I think somebody held the dog up behind him.  This one looks like the same dog almost. I love dogs..I hate for anyone to say they're demons.

So..IDK...I guess you have to wait and see what TAPS says. Did you see the little girl in the first picture? I didn't see the other ones in the other pictures on your first question.

Edit..Oh..I saw that little figure too in the right hand corner..but I have no idea what it is. Why is it so small?  Is it an animal? A baby angel?? Well..it's SOMETHING...just don't know what. (I'm not on the "other side"! I don't know anything about it..Everything is just a guess..for all of us.

Edit...You'll have to get used to the skeptics. They're not going anywhere. If you can't handle it...just skip their answers after you get to know who they are.

EDIT...Looks like a "copy cat" below me. Is he trying to get reported? I saw his profile..he looked pretty smart..but isn't acting like he is on here.Wonder why.

  6. they dont look glowing.  They just look like animal tracks from something that walked through the very white ashes that were in the hearth and then tracked up a wall.  I've seen raccoons climb up brickwork just like that.

    Ghosts?  Paranormal?   No.

the figure in the bottom is something off in the distance.  Without giving us a good flash picture of the hallway and what might be there, you have to dismiss this evidence.

  7. Looks like you have a nice raccoon track in the fireplace.  This would explain a lot of things going bump in the night.  If you live around raccoons you have to screen your chimney to keep them out.  Here is a good photo of a raccoon print,  scroll down to middle of the page and look at the photo of the one from his windshield ---

  8. The h**l with the ignorant skeptics, darling. This pic is very interesting. Keep me posted on what you find out. It appears that you have an interest in this stuff. Me too. I actually have a VERY interesting story about a camping trip I took back in November. Email me if you are interested in hearing it.
