Phantom dragon rulings?

Question

Can u activate his effect in your opponents turn? And can u use his effect in responce to a searcher? Not sure bout that 1 because it's in the battle phase. thanks

yes it can activate on your opponent's turn. but not when a monster searcher is destroyed because phantom dragon's effect can't be activated in the damage step

Yes, you can activate this effect during your opponents turn, even in response to a searcher. Anytime your opponent special summons.

But remember, you must have at least 2 Monster Card Zones.
