Phantom keystrokes interrupting things like previewing screen savers or things during gameplay. Helllppp?

Whenever I try to preview a screen saver it will only stay up for a split second and then go away. I seriously think this is due to abnormal phantom keystrokes happening on my vostro labtop. This also interupts me from selecting interactions on the sims 2 =[[[

I'm hoping theres a way to make this stop? This is NOT normal. Please help me I've been trying to fix this for WEEKS and I am serious, the dell tech and support idiots don't know what I'm talking about and absolutely can not figure it out. Plus my warrenty is over =[

Invest in a good spyware/virus protection, like Norton's.  Don't google it and go with the cheapest, because that will only make it worse.
