  1. For dual entrees, I would do a surf and turf type of thing, except one entree would be surf and the other would be turf...

    Good luck!

  2. I agree with the surf and turf idea:

    1.  Beef tenderloin with crushed peppercorn in a cabernet reduction with twice baked potato fingers and jumbo shrimp scampi over linguini

    2.  Rack of lamb with garlic and red potatos with rosemary and macadamia nut crusted tilapia filets on a bed of sauteed spinach

    3.  Lime tequila chicken b*****s with pico de gallo and chipotle ribeye steak (sorry, no surf!)

    4.  Pork tenderloin with a sage and peppercorn rub, roasted fingerling potatos; lobster tail kabobs with portabella mushroom caps.

    5.  Linguini al pesto with tomato bruschetta; seafood fettucini

    6.  Grilled sirloin steak with crimini mushrooms; grilled lobster tails with lemon butter

    7.  Mini prime rib sandwiches on fresh rolls with horseradish sauce; seafood salad on endive leaves.

    8.  French Onion Soup with gruyere and crostini; Shrimp and Lobster Bisque with rosemary potato bread.

    9.  Assorted sushi with wasabi, soy dipping sauce; asparagas tips wrapped in beef carpacio.

    10.  Marinated chicken quesadillas; steak fajitas

Make sure that each entree is easy to manuever and in bite-sized portions.  For an elegant interlude, serve small portions of a lemon or grapefruit/cranberry sorbet as a palate cleanser.
