Pharaoh ants in an earpiece of telephone?

What to do if pharaoh ants have made their nest inside of an earpiece of stationary telephone? It was so disgusting when I spotted small eggs falling out of one of those tiny holes which are on a part of the earpiece where you speak. When I shook the earpiece even their queen ant fell out. The phone works normally, but I don't know what to do to get rid of them.

spray with a flea spray (make sure you get it in the holes) bag and leave for at least a day ......really, if you can, afterwards you need to get the ear and mouth pieces off and use a small brush to ensure you've cleaned out all the ants, their eggs and any other queens .....

bag the phone up and throw it out.
