Phaser 7750 Toner Levels

Question

We have a Phaser 7750GX. We just bought a new yellow toner cartridge to install. However, after installing the cartridge, we still get a message on the screen that says to "Replace Yellow Cartridge". Do you know what might be happening, and what we can do about it??Thanks!
