Phd after b.tech biotechnology? is it possible?

i am doing my fourth yr b.tech biotechnology in chennai. I have done 2 mini projects in my college and a summer internship at CCMB. So can i directly apply for a PhD program with proper stipend abroad?

  1. NO.  M.Phil, has to be completed to be eligible to PhD program.
