although i do feel that phelps has won too much gold medal, they can't do anything about it..the judge has already given phelps the medal so that is the final decision.. like last olympics the gymnastics judges made an error on the score so Korean player who should have gotten a gold medal got a bronze medal instead and paul hamm got the gold and didn't then didn't give the medal to the right owner.

No he doesn't,it was clearly seen that Phelps' hand touched first.It was an awesome race! Cavic cost himself that one I have to say!

Phelps does not need to give the medal to cavic. He totally one fair and square. Cavic took to long. Sorry.... Phelps won!!!! haha
