London rivals.

and this has translated into an appearance for the English national team as well in Three Lions’ qualification campaign for the European Championships in 2012. Speaking about his time at United, Jones said that he knew that Manchester United were a massive
club and that in itself was a challenge for him.
He added, “I knew the pressure would be huge. I knew Manchester United was a massive club and a big challenge for me. Hopefully I'm proving to people that I can rise to the challenge. I've said before I've always believed in my
ability. All the lads have been brilliant to me and really helped me along. Training with world-class players’ week in, week out has only made me a better player and I'm thankful for that”.
