Phil Jones not sure of what the future holds for him at Manchester United
Manchester United went on to sign http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 international had been capturing interest from a number of teams across Europe, but United beat everyone to the punch as they
offered as much as seventeen million pounds for the player, to ensure his transfer.
With the nineteen year old now being a part of United, it remains to be seen if he will be able to give http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nemanja-Vidic-c27550 a run for their money, as he looks to break in the midfield.
Jones for one isn’t very sure about what his designation is going to be at the club. However, despite that fact, he feels he can play in the middle or as a centre half, depending on the team’s requirements, just as long as he gets to play.
Jones when talking about his future prospects at Old Trafford is quoted to have said: "I used to play in midfield but I definitely consider myself a centre-half and that's where I play my best football"

"I like to see the game in front of me and read the play. At Blackburn, when the manager asked me to move into midfield, it was strange and I didn't expect it.”

"It took a few games to adapt to that role and the positions to take. If I was asked to do that here, I'd feel comfortable with it."
The player then went on to admit that there was still a whole lot that he needed to learn, which he hoped to do with United. Jones admitted that there was a lot of room for improvement and that he was going to work hard every day, in order to give his team
the best that he possibly could.
The defender then ended by stating:"As a centre-back, I read the game well. I'm good in the air and have a decent range of passing"
"Like every footballer, I have things to improve and I'll continue to work on them at United."
Jones despite being only nineteen years old, has gone on to show that he has just what it takes to roll with the big boys. The player had been producing a number of impressive performances with Blackburn and should he continue that trend at United, then
the sky is definitely the limit for the young Red Devil.
Nonetheless, it is now going to be up to Jones to go ahead and prove his worth in a United jersey.
