did it really happen?

i heard that its true and the ship really transported and when it transported back the ships molecules and the peoples molecules mixed so the people were like plastered in the sides of the ship? and that the ones who survived are now in mental hospitals?

thats just what i heard i was wondering your opinions on the whole thing.

  1. That story has been around for over 50+ years.  It's urban legend, based on the US Navy's investigation during WWII of ways to make ships radar invisible.

    Several former crew members of the USS Eldridge were interviewed a few years ago for a TV documentary and they all discounted the story as myth.

  2. I don't know about the Philadelphia experiment, but I do know for a fact that technology of that degree of sophistication exists, is being tested, and is being used to experiment on select groups of people in the US, and in developed countries around the world.
