Philippine Embassy please helped my cousin in Dammam, KSA working as a family driver?

Question

My cousin was working as a family driver in Dammam, KSA, but he was wondering why he is tasked to clean the house, carry heavy cargoes, clean the swimming pool, etc. It turned out that the blank papers that he signed in the agency were used by the son of his real employer that his tasks were included in his contract. He was fooled both by the agency in the Philippines and his fake employer. Hetold me before arriving in KSA that the Filipina DH he's working with was planned by the fake employer to be my cousin's wife. Then, several months passed, He revealed that his fake employer were having a relationship w/ the Filipina DH and came to a point that my cousin saw both of them having s*x. They were having arguments and told my cousin not to tell it to his wife. My cousin planned to go home coz' he don't like things are goin on. Now, police were looking for him coz' his fake employer was conniving w/ a certain girl that they were having relationship w/c is not true. Pls. help my cousin

Magandang araw sa lahat. Akoy nababahala kaya dumudulog po ako sa inyo ngayon upang mabigyan ng mga kasagutan ang aking mga katanungan. Ako po ay isang technician dito sa Saudi Arabia at magtatalong taon na po ako dito. Nagbakasyon ako sa pinas noong feb.2010 at bumalik ng Saudi noong march 2010.nabalitaan ko sa aking asawa na meron akong criminal case(RA9262) na nasa judge iyon ay habla sa akin ng aking ex girlfriend na malakas ang connection sa kanilang bayan at may pending warrant of arrest na ako(july 2010 po  ang issuance ng warrant)  .natatakot. mageexpire ang aking passport sa October 2012, ayaw ko pang umuwi kasi wala pa akong sapat na ipon. Nababahala ako kasi hindi pa ako financially stable para humarap at harapin ang kaso dahil alam kong mangangailangan ako ng malaki-laking halaga para doon at breadwinner pa ako ng pamilya ko. Ano ang mangyayari po sa akin kung irerenew ko ang passport ko at kelan ko pweding erenew ang aking pasaporte.sana ay matulungan nyo ako sa aking mga katanungan. Salamat po.
