Philippine credit card without ITR or COE?

Can anybody get a local (Philippine) credit card without having to submit an ITR or COE? I know these are the basic requirements. Im a moonlighter and I need a local credit card. I got one issued before, too bad I had to close it. Thanks!

  1. No you must give the cc company your ITR/COE
