Philippines: i need to commute from buendia to Gateway mall.... how...... cab/taxi is not an option?

i've heard i can ride FX-cubao, then get off at the LRT2-Araneta Center-Cubao Station.... what do i say to the driver exactly to where i was getting off?

take the mrt (buendia or ayala station) then get off Cubao station. bring exact change for a faster lane when buying your card in the mrt station. i think it's 14 pesos.
