does the philippines still consider the person from the philippines married even though she left to the states and says she divorced him?

  1. Yes. PI does not allow divorces, they only allow annulments because they are a Christian Country. She is still married and she's lying to you.


  2. Unless she went through the process of divorce in the Philippines, then she's still married.  Ask for proof!
