Philips DVD player fuzzing

Question

Right well just bought a Philips DVD/VCR thing and whether a disc is inserted or not, the screen 'fuzzes' occasionally. Sort of like a random blip every couple of minutes.. its hard to explain.

This is the third dvd player I have bought in the past week as I had to exchange the other two as they had other problems so I really do not want to swap this one again.

It is not the television as it works fine with my other dvd player but that is not a VCR combo which is what I need.

Someone out there must know something..?

you must be watching it through analog (s***w in connectors).

try changing the setup channel from channel 3 to 4 or vice versa, whichever you have it on

if not, you prolly have something hooked up backwards, you should run out to in on all devices, start with your cable/satellite box, run out to tv on it to in from antenna on your dvd/vcr, and out to tv straight to tv
