  1. There's ONLY one way to set it up...just like the instructions say....

    Adding extras like....Extra speakers

    BAD IDEA!!

    One speaker per speaker connector....

    Now, if it just doesn't sound like it did when new, your amp is likely BLOWN, but you should also have your speakers checked for a bad voice coil...
