I bought a Philips GoGear SA2520 just a few weeks ago and now it won't turn on. At first I though it was the battery that was giving problems, but I bought brand new ones and it still won't turn on. I tried the Philips Device Manager, but it cannot repair anything, because the MP3 is not recognized by my PC. My brother used it on his PC a couple of times, I don't know if that's what caused the problem. :/The MP3 screen lights up when I connect it, but only says "Ok to disconnect!". When I disconnect it, it crushes and I have to remove the battery in order for it to switch off.I really need help with this. And Thank You in Advance!
