I have a Philips PLASMA TV 42PF9956/37 42" that does not turn on . I checked the web site solutions and "pizzaguy" suggests to heat these relays with a hair dryer to have the TV back to work. Well, I tried heating them and the TV worked for a few hours only and now is clicking relays again. Alternatively "I AM I" sugests replacing the capacitors 2508 (4.7 uF @ 50v) and 2540 (100 uF @ 25v) My TV's power board is part nbr 3104 313 60173 and the 2508 and 240 are not capacitors. My poor electronics knowledgedid not recognize them. They are equal components, marked P3 100 16v on top. I also searched the board, but I couldn't find any capacitors at that values. pics attached.
