Philips SA3124 2GB MP3

Question

I wonder if you can help? I purchased this MP3 last week and ripped my CD's into the Windows Media Player library. They played fine on the library. I then sync'd the albums to the MP3 but they wont play. The only two tracks which do play are the factory fitted tracks. I can see all my albums on the MP3 but every time I press the play button the screen flickers but the pause stays paused. I have reset the MP3 but to no avail. I thought the item was faulty so took it back and got a replacement but the same thing is happening. I have sent an email request to Philips but am still awaiting a response. Any suggestions gratefully appreciated. Thanks
