Philips SA6025/02 Can't Connect It To Computer

Question

I have a Philips SA6025/2 Go Gear 2gb mp3 player. I am trying to put music it on it for my mate. I have the usb lead yet when I connect it to my PC it isn't recognized by the PC but the mp3 player has recognized it is connected to one. I haven't got the drivers because he has the lost the CD so I am going into My Computer but it has 4 removable disk icons, all without anything inserted. Please help me so i can transfer some music and videos to his mp3 player.
