Philips dect answerphone

Question

I'm on holiday and need to remote access my answering machine for messages. I can't remember what to do to get to the prompt about entering my pin. On my old phone it was press * but that doesnt work. Does anyone know how. Its a dect ld9371b. I have tried the philips site already so please no links to it. Thanks

the remote access default code is "111" and I hope you did not change it!
