Philips radido code required?

Question

The security code supplied for my Vauxhall astra philips radio cassette player won't work and have tried it 4 times and now the display shows 6 SAFE. can anyone calculate the 4 digit code for me.

The 14 digits serial No. is GM0400X2385033

Try 5033. On mine it is the last 4 digits of the serial number.

get a vehicle electrician they will re-code it for you for about £15-20
