Phillipe Senderos to Everton

Is this a good signing for the Toffees? Senderos has fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal and may be able to get first team football at Everton.
The Swiss centre-back looked to have all the attributes needed to make it as a top class centre-back and was highly sought after before Arsenal signed him as a 16-year-old. However, mentally, the defender appears to have struggled and a new environment might be the perfect tonic for the 24-year-old.
