Phillips Home Theatre System. Model Number HTS3548W/98Having problems with Region keep comming

Model Number HTS3548W/98Having problems with Region keep comming up on Hired DVD`s and my own personal DVDS. Cannot play any at all. Wrong Region keeps comming up. I have played DVDS before without an issue, now the unit is giving me grief. Any suggestions on how to fix problem. Unit is only 1 month old.
