Philosophically speaking, when does your day end?

Are you ever ready to throw the towel in, or even thinking about it? You know. Giving up on a fight, that is. What is it?

maybe when i lose the battle with my mood.

I feel like it ends when i get to leave work and i get home and have a shower and sit down. Then i can do what i want.

But sometimes i spend all day trying to stay cheerful. I have discovered its not so much other people (although they can be bastar*s!  :]   ) its more me and how i deal with my own head. its a big job!
