Philosophy eye and lip cream?

so as a grad gift i got some philosophy stuff and it came with this eye and lip cream its called philosophy hope in a jar, eye and lip cream

what would it really be used for?

Just to help your eyes look fresh in the morning, and to help you lips  stay soft. I use the same stuff it works get for me :)
