Question:

Phimosis - Constantly depressing me and never goes away.?

I only really found out about Phimosis last year and knew instantly, from online pics that I had this condition quite bad. When my p***s is erect, I cannot move the f******n past half way or so without a searing pain.

So, I looked on the internet and thought ''Oh yes, stretching'' that should do it. I have been constantly stretching, daily, for about 3 months now and I have had NO progress on my phimotic ring.

It really gets me down, my girlfriend and other girls are confused because they have seen many a non-phimotic p***s. I don't know what to do. I have been to the doctors and he said its not too bad and gave NO solution.

Any suggestions? I was thinking of solutions such as:

- preputioplasty

- Circumcision

  1. The doctor ought to be able to prescribe a topical cream that helps your skin stretch.

Also, I've seen a device on the internet that you use ... a tool a bit like a pair of tongs that helps you stretch ... you insert it between your f******n and it pulls outwards....

I assume you can retract your f******n when flaccid. If so, then there is no need to take any drastic measures. I know guys in their forties that do not retract their f******n with a hard on and they live a healthy s*x life.

  2. Can you pull it back when flaccid? If you can, and halfway when erect, it doesn't sound too serious, however if stretching has shown no result I think it's time to investiage other stuff. I think you should go back to you doctor, or see another one, and explain you really want this fixed and stretching is not working. There is a steroid cream available which work to loosen tight foreskins, it is called betamethasone and is very effective. Ask your doctor specifically about that cream and see what they say. Do not be afraid to seek second or third opinions or ask to see a specialist. Yes, preputioplasty is also an option but I would recommend trying the cream first before going for surgery. I really wouldn't recommend a circumcision unless everything else including a dorsal slit absolutely fails. Good luck.

  3. I don't think it's for your doctor to decide whether it's serious!  If it causes you pain or embarrassment, then it's a serious issue.

Don't get circumcised if you can avoid it.  You really don't want to lose your frenulum.  It's the best bit!  Steroid cream can help.  Otherwise a small cut in the f******n to give it more room to move.

If it isn't causing you pain, and if you can m********e or have s*x just as you are, then I think circumcision would be a mistake.  Surgery is always risky, and I reckon it's always a bad idea to take unnecessary risks with your p***s!

  4. Circumcision is a valid solution to this problem, just be 100% sure that's what you want to do before you do it! Once done, there is no going back! You can ask the doc to only remove enough of the f******n to alleviate the problem, there is no need to remove more then that.

I do not generally advocate circumcision, as it is not really necessary in today's world, outside of religious beliefs, or in your case a medical need. I believe it should be the choice of the person who is attached to that p***s to decide for himself, for whatever the reason, to be circumcised or not!

If you have exhausted all other means of correcting this problem or you are just simply fed up, then circumcision just may be the thing you need to solve this problem and give you that piece of mind you have been searching for.

  5. Maybe you should s about the steroidal cream. Use s***n to stretch your f******n it contains hyaluronidase, this is an enzyme in s***n and it is a potent skin relaxer. It can take up to six months to see any results, it is worth it in the end. If you are still unhappy then I would suggest an alternative.

    Good luck.

  6. Go to the doctor and get circumcised.

  7. The best decision you can make is getting a circumcision.

You'll be uncomfortable for about 3 weeks while you heal.

In the end, you will never have to think about f******n ever again - and the LADIES love it.

Best bet is a circumcision. It looks nice and streamlined. It is a permanent end to your phimosis and eliminates any risk of infection.

You will feel nothing while you are having your operation and painkillers can make recovery pain free.

You don't have to have your frenulum removed which is really about all they do besides attempting to loosen up the f******n with a preputioplasty.

Full recovery can take a month during which intercourse and masturbation are not likely but then, forever more, you will know the pleasure of the circumcised p***s. We girls certainly prefer our guys that way anyway. Don't delay, do it today!

    Best wishes.
