Hi I am a 26yr old Indian uncircumsised male from India. About 2 yrs back I realised I had a tight f******n. My f******n would not slip over my glans and would always keep my glans covered. Although it was not interfering while masturbation I was told that it was important to pull the f******n back and clean the glans regularly. I started some basic streching and can now pull it back when I am flaccid.

However I find it difficult to pull it back when I am rigid. Also some times in certain positions during intercourse it gets stuck behind the glans and does not come to its original position easily(thats never a problem with a condom on). What can I do to make it completely normal? I dont want to get a circumsision and I dont think I need it. Need help

  1. just keep doing the stretching it will work eventually

  2. take advantage of the flaccid state and keep stretching it.

  3. A preputioplasty should be able to cure any tight f******n where stretching and steroid cream application have failed. This is an operation in which a cut is made through the tight ring that is limiting f******n retraction, in an up and down direction and then sewn up in an across direction. Once this has healed (2-3 weeks) the f******n can usually be retracted fully and the only change in appearance is a notch that becomes visible in the skin as it is retracted. Make sure that you agree with your surgeon how far you will allow him to cut through the f******n.

  4. It just needs more stretching. Retract every chance you get, going to pee, for example. Get rigid with the fore skin retracted and then with plenty of lube, return it to over the glans. It's ok to be pulled back during intercourse, in fact that will help stretch it, and it will return to over the glans when the erection goes away.
