Phoenix AZ Romantic Dinner Spots?

I am not from Phoneix, and currently my boyfriend is living there. I will be visiting in the next month and need to find a great place for a birthday dinner.

Benihana is my fave for birthdays. There is one in Chandler and one in Scottsdale.

Yeppers! Top-of-the-Rock in north Phoenix. It should be in the Yellow Pages it was great there. Fantatic view of the valley and the food is great.

If you guys like Japanese/sushi, there is this new restaurant that opened in Scottsdale called Roka Akor. There are only like 3 in the world, so it's a really nice place! You can go to www.rokaakor.com to check out the site and food and stuff. It's really, really good!
