This man keeps calling my phone, but he will not say anything. He has call at least a dozen times and he has spoke to me one time. I called him and ask why he keeps calling but he denied the calls. but he did laugh about it

Depends on where you are in relationship to him when you receive the calls. Call the phone company and ask them for whatever help they can provide. Also call your local police. There is a problem with location and jurisdiction. If he is calling you from a different state it is a federal crime and not in the jurisdiction of the local police(they will help you anyways but another agency might have to be called in). If he is calling you from a different city the state police may have to get involved. And remember cell phones are portable and the person could have moved anywhere. Good Luck.

in that case, I would call the Police in Sumter SC...and tell them about this harassment call......also try to record this call, but tell him that you record him!
