Phone In My Name And Person Won't Pay Bill....?

a few months back i let someone get a phone in my name untl they were 18 thats was the deal then once they turned 18 they cancelled the 2 year contract with out my permission as opposed 2 switching it into their name like we agreed initially the left me a almost 300 $bill what should i do?

Bad move - cancel the service, pay the fees and bill and consider it a lesson learned.

You could take them to small claims court.  Otherwise your responsible for the bill.
