Question

I have installed the disk sent with the phone on my computer. I plug my phone into the USP port and my phone is not being recognized. Currently I am running vista and the ccomputer is less than a year old. I had no problems installing the software, just can't get the darn thing the recognize my phone.

I have an Alcatel OT-C820a cell phone
