Phone Questions?

I have a Panasonic phone model number KX-TG5771 and it always no matter what i do tells me that i have New Voice Mail and i have no messages or anything please help me i hate it being there!

look at page 62

If the handset still indicates there are

new messages even after you have

listened to all new messages, turn it off

by pressing and holding {OFF} on the

handset until the handset beeps.

you have voice messages and it tells you right?well the problem is that you haven't set it up with a password!!you go to

With my company, you have to actually press what it tells you to at the end of the message. Mine says press star. You might also have to have it reset by your customer service.
