Phone bluetooth connection problem?

Question

Everytime I go to the my phone's directory in My Computer I always get the error saying " The connection could not be completed". I've tried turning my phone on and off it didnt work. Any ideas on how to solve this problem? My phone is a Nokia 5610 and my computer's op system is windows vista.

em sure u are using nokia PC suite i also faced same problem once. reinstalling the nokia PC suite will resolve this problem.

Follow this:

1.Make sure you open the bluetooth tab on your PC

    *Pls refer to your PC manual guide

2.Complete the bluetooth configuration settings setup

3.Enter the correct pass key for your handphone and

     PC.

     (Important make sure both the passkey must be the same

      if not connection failed)
