Phone display screen broken ???? ?

I have a motorola v190 cell phone and the inner display screen seems to be broken. The phone is on but the screen is just lit up, not showing anything. The outer screen is working perfectly. Calls can still be made, and everything seems to be fine other than the fact that you cannot see anything on the inner screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Call customer service or go to your phone carrier.

Phone services usually don't repair, so you probably will have to get a new phone, unless you can find a local electronic repair shop.
