Phone emergency plz help!?

The phone I have at home is panasonic and it's since morning it gives this noises we can't call someone and when they call it's busy

what should we do?

did you check to make sure none of the phones were off the hook?  

If so call the phone company from a cell phone.

has the phone line been turned off? call from a cell phone and then call the phone company. But first make sure all the other phones are hung up.

I believe that your phone is bad  It not worth fixing just replace it.(buy a new phone)
