Phone help!!!!!!!!!!?

Question

So, if I bought an en V off eBay, how do you get a warranty on it. I really need one,

and

I need to replace the front LCD, I don't know what's wrong with it, all I know is it doesn't work. Does anyone know where I can do it cheap?

If you bought a phone off of eBay there is no way to get a warranty on the phone.  It's a used as-is phone sale.  If it's supposedly new there is still no way for a warranty.  It's still as-is sale.  There are some companies on eBay that will offer warranties through themselves but a lot of times those companies are from China and they are hard to work with.  But seeing as the phone is already damaged there is definately no warranty either way.

You really have to be smart when buying from eBay.  Check seller ratings and make sure original pictures are provided.

You should be able to put insurance on your phone though.  Once you do this you can file an insurance claim on the phone and pay $50 for a new one.  I'm not quite sure if they will let you put the insurance on or not seeing as its already damaged.
