  1. Yeah, probably. Like DogLover said you probably need to dry the inside. I would suggest taking the handset apart and drying it with a hairdryer on low. Then try using it again. Good luck with it.

  2. water does weird things to electronics.

    dont expect it to recover.

go to staples or targets and get a new one.

    They are cheap now.

  3. Yes,  some of the parts inside have most likely rusted.  It continued to work right after falling into the toilet because it takes a little time for rust to build.

  4. Yes you probably did because that's what happened to my ipod and it took a bit for it to not work.Try just letting it sit out for a bit and it could try out.The charger could of killed the phone because it gave it a shoke while it was still a little bit wet inside.

  5. yea you probably did, because even though you thought you dried it, there was probably still water working it's way through the inside. But give it a day or two to dry out and see if it'll work again

  6. More than likely yes. Since you dropped it completely in the toilet, you submerged it, allowing water to get in all the cracks and crevices. When you took it out and just dried the outside, there was still water inside. Then when you put it on the charger, you effectively short circuited the internal boards, since water is a conductor, it put an electrical current through parts of the phone that could not handle the voltage. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
