  1. hi there

i have the next stage today the 'face to face interview' at the branch.

the telephone interview lasts 35-45 mins and it is basically a easy numrical test of around five questions (have a piece of paper ready and pen) i passed this and im c**p at maths. just take your time as they say they would rather you take longer and get it right. the next bit is compantcey questions........eg: tell me of a time you sold a product, what was the out come etc.......

it is important you use actual examples, even if it was selling a idea to to friend, not vague suggestions of what you would do in such a situation. At the end you will be told if you passed and if so be booked in for a branch interview. When i got through there was no jobs in my area but i was put on a waiting list (they keep u on for 6 months) although i was rang within 6 weeks.

thats it really, just relax, have a cup of tea at hand and make sure the house in quiet.

    good luck
